Situated on the tip of the Furness Peninsula, Piel Island is a jewel that the traveller can stumble across and be won over forever, by this charming little fifty acre island. For it has a King, a Castle and a Pub, all steeped in history waiting to be discovered by you.
Our Tours can be taken from the Sea Shore route (only the experienced) from Earnse Bay to the south of the Island past the colony of the Islands Seals to a well deserved grub and Pint or Wine to the Ship Inn where the King will welcome you all with open arms.
Our second option is an easier paddle and a nice relaxing paddle down the Islands main channel passing BAE Systems to the left and our awesome scenic Island to the right and to the front your destination the Piel castle outline waiting your arrival.
